"I have stopped in at this place weekly for many years. And they refuse to give me a swap on a vape or a refund even though I Told them right away about it not working proper. I will never go back."

"Love this store. Employees are extremely nice and helpful. It's more of a neighborhood market then chain store. Great with helping people with disabilities. They are thoughtful and kind. Even take the extra time to help when their busy. Under new management this passed summer. Big improvement on both the appearance and the employees.."

"The new gentleman that is working days now the one that drives the red PT cruiser looking vehicle. What a rude person. I am a regular who have been going there for many years. I walk in and normally everybody greets me everybody’s nice and respectful and courteous. This guy has none of those features. I walk in he doesn’t say a thing I go up to the register and say how’s your day he doesn’t respond he takes my lottery tickets scanned them and then gives me a look like are you kidding me because I had a $50 winner and apparently They don’t mind selling lottery tickets but when it comes to cashing out lottery tickets you are met with death glares. On the other side of Spring St. there is a market there they are very friendly their prices are cheaper and they want you to win on your tickets. I will never go back to that store. That guy should not be working those crucial shifts in the daytime when customer service needs to be at peak.I’m sure they will delete this review. But I will make sure it goes on yelp and every other review service. What a joke."

"I walked into the market today at 2:38 p.m., waited my turn at the register only to be asked "what are you getting"? There was no hello, may I help you, just that question, "what are you getting". I almost turned towards the door, however I thought maybe she was having a bad day, then I remembered she was just speaking with another customer before me, and was engaged with him. I mean really, what are we becoming as far as customer service goes? A simple hello would of sufficed. All she needed to do is change a few words here, like; "what can I get you". This market is in my neighborhood, but I won't be back. The young lady certainly made an impression as I cannot get that out of my head, so as to "what am I getting" ? I am getting far from Crater Lake Market, my business is welcome at another convenience store not too far down the road, at least I will get a "hello" there, and they can make the money I spend. Good riddance!"

"When someone is exempt from face coverings, and they put something over their face anyways just to appease your cashier in order to buy a cup of coffee after a long night in the car being a displaced evacuee from these fires, and your cashier takes the coffee and pours it down the drain and refuses to any further service because the customer doesn't have an appropriate in your eyes face coverings then that's when you know that your employees should have a little more training. I never thought that the idea of being unemployed would be a risk one would be willing to take over a face shield or lack there of. Well, maybe you should know that ANYTHING can be used as a face covering, that EXEMPTIONS are a thing and that refusing service to someone who is legitimately exempt (and also put something over my face anyways) is illegal. Better business bureau here I come!"
