"I've never really felt that Trader Joe's was a big deal. I have recently changed my diet to the AI diet, so I stopped in again. Not only was I pleasantly surprised at their availability of what I needed, but the prices were great! I make my own lotion and deodorant. I buy homemade goat soap. I tried Trader Joe's shampoo bar, and I am sold! I love how the store is always bustling with people. I am now a forever shopper, too! So....let's get one in Roseburg!!"
"I don't know...we hit Trader Joe's in Medford to grab some things for a dinner we were hosting. The place was a zoo. I understand that being overly crowded is a sure sign of success, but this was a new kind of rude. I'm not the kind of guy that handles being jostled around by both customer and / or staff, so my attitude was not the best. My problem, for sure, but I can't be the only A-hole out there that doesn't enjoy being pushed out of someone's way or reached across to grab a sweet potato. I'm also not completely sold on "all organic" food and produce. We got a container of tomatoes that upon inspection seemed perfect. When opened the very next morning, a white mold had developed on some of them and there were soft spots that were not present when we bought the merchandise. We tossed 30% of the package. Overly bit**y? Probably. Going back? Not happening."

"There's a reason Trader Joe's such a loyal customer base. It's just generally good quality products and the process are consistent and fair. In a desert of big box stores TJ's is something of an oasis. I will say that every person I have encountered in this particular trader Joe's has been very kind and helpful.. a lot of places the people working will have this "burdened by your presence" atmosphere.. but everyone seems to want to help and even interact kindly to each other. It's nice to see people be nice to each other."
