"I spent more time waiting in line than my actual rental duration. This place needs at least 5 employees full time running it but in reality there's only one. Think about it, the process of checking out or returning a truck or a tool is already cumbersome, and when you have 3-5 customers waiting in line that's just hell. The guy working there was well intentioned but everyone ended up having a miserable experience."
