"so, let me explain my review.I walked in looking for a hinge and the guys immediately suggested a gate caster to support the post is what my dad ultimately wanted. so, he was super helpful. he gets 5 stars. here's my issue. i paid $23.99 for the caster. i get home and i see a price tag for $19.99. i call to make sure they'll adjust the price. to my surprise the answer was 'no'. not only was it a no, he kind of suggested that i might have picked up a price tag from either another product or removed the high price to expose the old price., or the tag was just miss tagged. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! that's where you go? i know getting help is tough but don't accuse me of tag switching , its the same SKU on the reciept and tag. I'll return it just on principle at this point. this really took the pride out of buying local. i prefer to buy locally but they're making it tough."
