"Customer service was horrible, I was racially profiled. Asking me if she can bring the shoes to the front counter while I'm deciding which shoes to buy. I also asked for a shoe on the wall and she went to the back and brought out just one shoe .I couldn't even try on both shoes."

"Love this place always come in clutch when I need new clothes or boots, went to a lot of different stores and could never find the right thing. So I stop wasting my time and just go straight to work world. The staff was great at assisting me looking for my boots, thank you. Will return for future work needs."

"Horrible customer service. The lady there is not professional (sales person: 73085 as of 8/24/2017). I don't recommend this place. What happened was that we found out the shoe I wanted to get was on the wrong shelf and apparently price was different when we got to counter to checkout. I simply said the price on that shelf doesn't match the final price. She didn't even apologize for the error instead was arrogant and straight asking if I wanted to get the shoe or not. In all it was a bad experience at the store."
