"Went there 3 times and customer service was awesome every time. Placed a very large order relative to a DIY front yard project using 3 different sized rocks - gravel to boulders. Ordered on a Sat morning and was delivered the following Tues. Waaaayyy better than big box store and they cater very well to the DIYer. I will go back when its time for the backyard. Also, my kids loved checking out the cool rocks and waterfall displays."

"I had the worst possible experience at Carlson's today. I've had many. I'm a 62 year woman and I asked for assistance in lifting large rocks to purchase. The elderly gentleman in the office told me that the section was self service and I would need to get a cart and load the rocks myself. I tried to lift the rocks and went and told him I couldn't lift them. I told him I would never shop at Carlsons again. Terrible service....zero stars for them. They do not treat women well. Simi here I come!!!"
