"This is not my first renovation but I’ve never got a better experience in home remodeling than with Mars construction. Everything’s started from rough quote by brief project description and pictures. Secondly, there was an on-site estimate with project manager(Maria) and designer(Daria). Daria was very welcome to help me with all my questions such as cabinets layout, colors and hardware solutions, cabinets store’s recommendations. Since the project location was new ADU, Maria provided some explanation on permits part and projects stages. I received my estimate in few days, got scheduled in 3 weeks. I were amazed how careful were technicians with my side yard and project site. I’m glad that i found this company and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in Home Remodeling."

"Unfortunately the tile installation and grout job went wrong/poor resulting in a messy, unsightly, unusable shower still due to holes in grout. The gentleman sent were nice and otherwise did a decent job on bathroom renovation but the wall/shower tile job went bad- unfortunately the attempt at this type of subway tile didn’t go well and needs to be repaired/re done by an experienced tile installer. At this point it’s not the gentleman they sent out to do the work that is the problem but the owner refusing to fix what’s broken and messed up. When we pointed out the problem with the tile/grout even before installation of bathroom tub and fixtures just after grouting, we were met with resistance and refusal to make right. Company owner still is refusing to fix the situation changing to various excuses and responses along the way…it’s dirt we will give you a cleaning credit…it’s your tile, it’s “incompatible” with the grout choice…it’s your tile that came with many imperfections (all tile and grout from Bedrosians and is high quality) that’s why there are cracks and chips…your premixed grout choice that was pre-approved by the GC/installer was not correct choice to sending out a guy who put grout over silicone which is of course not sticking to trying to charge us for saw blades we questioned to just plain not accepting responsibility and or even appropriate professional correspondence. If there is an unfortunate occurrence where the men you send to do the work unfortunately make an error/mess…fix it! Isn’t that what insurance and bonding is for? We paid a fortune for this bathroom to be done with Mars and MADE renovations and so far it’s been 6 months of headaches and unprofessional back and forth not to mention the mainstay of the bathroom looks awful and still isn’t functional. Look I am sure this company has done good work, unfortunately they have something to fix here, but are trying not to do so which seems not only unprofessional but unethical. We have had 4 tile specialists come assess and all interestingly have the same exact feed back on the tile installation and grout errors. No one from these companies will come assess in person, all photos/video have been sent to them showing mess. Would you want to trust them? It’s very unfortunate to say the least."
