"The service is good and waiters are nice and quick for serve. The best things are the self served food snacks and sweet soup. The meat quality is just ok average no surprise. The price is a little bit high since each meat plate only 10 slices but 10-13 dollars. Even though this price is not as good as Seattle hot pot, the overall experience is still good in SV area."

"Best hotpot in Bay Area. Tomato soup base could be better. They should think about some way to improve it to make it taste more like real tomato, and make the soup thicker. Their watermelon is always the best. From last year to today, I am always impressed by the quality of their watermelon."
