"After being a loyal customer for several years, I'm very disappointed at how they have been treating their customers lately. Messed up our orders a few times but today was our last time ordering from this location. We ordered online and pizza was supposed to be ready by 2:50pm, get there at 3:00pm and waited til 3:27pm and order was still not ready. Manager was no where to be found and the staff didn't care about our issue and said it will be out shortly. Waited a bit more and now the order was no where to be found. They said they will remake it and it will be another 30 -40 mins. How does a pizza order go missing all of a sudden? Turns out several other people were also missing their orders, or they weren't ready or the system deleted their orders. Called in again today to speak with a manager but manager is still missing. The Indian Lady answering the phone today greeted us with " Hello! What do you want?" This place needs a major overhaul ASAP. Mountain Mikes it is I guess....what a shame!"

"This Round Table has really gone down hill. I regularly place orders for multiple XL pizzas, at least $100, usually more. They never give enough cheese and peppers on the side unless you ask, multiple times; and they’ve started withholding plates as well. Generally, I can make do, but because I’m ordering for work and club events, I’m not always in a situation where I’m prepared for this. It’s unfortunate to see them cut corners and costs in such a chintzy way."
"Overall, I had a great experience at Round Table Pizza in Newark. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a graduation meal."
