"On Saturday, 20 January 2024, I had the pleasure of working with Ariza from this location. I took in a paint sample from my home so she could make 3 gallons of paint for a new Tuff Shed I was having constructed. She made the process very easy for me and was able to match the paint within about 15 minutes. Her professionalism and courtesy was absolutely amazing. I went to wait in my truck and she notified me after successfully matching the paint from my stucco home. I was headed to the Auburn Tuff Shed location next to drop off the paint before the playoffs started. Thanks to Ariza, I made it from Rocklin to Auburn and back to Lincoln for my game. Thank you for being a great asset to your company. You exemplify what customer service is all about!"

"I had purchased paint from this store on 7/15/22, was doing touch up work on stucco, etc.. I provided all information & stated that the previous paint was eggshell, I’m at fault for not checking the can before using, as it matched when being applied, but they gave me a latex satin & the differences are now highly noticeable. I have used this company dozen of times & never had these types of conflicts, very frustrating as now I have to either buy the correct paint & redo the previous work, or redo the entire house now."
