"This company needs to hire some new employees I called in a day in advance before I was going to do my brakes to see if they have what I needed in stock one of the guys said they can order it it'll be in by noon I came in the next day because I did not receive a phone call as they stated I would receive a phone call when I get in there they said the order was never made and if they could not locate any brakes for my vehicle. So why would you have a customer think that the brakes have gotten ordered when they really didn't bad customer service don't waste your time actually went to O'Reilly's they had what I needed in and out at O'Reilly's way better place to get what you need nobody has time to run around to a store that doesn't carry what they say they can get in stock."

"My visit here was simple and easy, I called yesterday and was able to get the items I needed pulled so I could just come by pay and off I went So that was really helpful, plus the gentleman that I spoke with was very easy to work with and yep my stuff was on the counter with my call number and name Boughta Bing Boughta Boom done! Overall great visit and very cool bikes and go carts on the aisle to take a look at That was my favorite!! Thank you!"
