"Julie and her colleague came by this morning to my elderly parents home for an estimate of laminate flooring and new carpet. She was very personal and kind. She spent about 20 to 30 minutes taking measurements and photographs. I took my parents to their showroom located not far from Old Town Roseville. It's very nice and clean with many different samples to look at. Julie was there and showed us some examples of laminate flooring and carpet that she thought would work with my parents, furnishings and home colors. They were perfect. Everyone liked what she selected for their home. Now we are waiting on the estimate to be emailed. This review is based on our interaction with her coming to do an estimate and working with her in the showroom. She was kind, approachable, and patient. This was greatly appreciated."

"I had always intended to one day replace my carpets and work with 916 floors in the future, and then we had an unanticipated need to replace the carpet immediately in my daughters room. 916 floors was extremely responsive, and Paul, who is a very kind and honest person, came to our home to measure the rooms and provide quotes for different types of carpet. The need was for one room, but given how old our carpets were, we figured we may as well have the carpet in all 3 rooms replaced. Prices of material can be high these days, but thankfully 916 floors had in-stock options that were high quality and very fair in price. We worked with Julie to get more information about the in-stock options, and she was always very kind, pleasant, and helpful in acquiring the information. From there I was able to work with Paul and Julie to select the type of in-stock carpet and get the work scheduled. I was surprised how quickly they could schedule us to get our old carpet removed and have the new carpet installed. Communication was always very clear, and the installer, Joaquin, called to inform me that he was on his way and arrived at the scheduled time. Joaquin was very professional, and it was very apparent that he has been installing carpets for many years as we were very pleased with the install. He also did a fantastic job of communicating throughout the install, and did a great job cleaning up after he was complete. Overall, the job that Paul and his team did to replace our carpets went above and beyond our expectations, and I would highly recommend 916 floors to anyone looking to have carpet or hard floors replaced or installed!"

"These guys are great! Perfect job! I was looking for a flooring company to get my floors upgraded for my new construction home. I visited several companies (with good Yelp/Google score) and received many quotes for the job. We were also looking for advice as well since this is our first home and not sure how/what product to choose for our beautiful home. Then, I found 916 Floors and that was it! Paul is a well-experienced, friendly, and professional guy and he knows what he is doing. He listened to us, shared his perspective and gave us some suggestions/options for our new construction home. He is very helpful and responsive person and I really feel like he is a friend, rather than just a contractor. And there is also Nazar, which is another great guy! Nazar is also very friendly and helped us choose the best LVP product/color for our house. They also gave me a great price with high quality flooring for our home.
