"Our project was to replace carpet in our living room with hardwood. Jim, the owner, found hardwood flooring that would complement existing hardwood on the same level of the house (a discontinued line). He came in person to measure our living room, came up with a design strategy, and explained the technical aspects involved. Jim kept in regular touch with us, often calling after normal working hours. The work was scheduled and completed in short order. We are very, very pleased with the excellent job Vasyl and his hard-working crew did in laying our hardwood floor. They took great care to protect our existing floors and, after working solidly for 12 hours to finish the floor, did a meticulous job of cleaning up. The end result is a spectacular improvement to our house. The crew also moved a massive and heavy wooden shelf unit downstairs before starting work, which was very much appreciated. All in all, a very positive experience, and I strongly recommend Granite Bay Flooring & Design!"
