"Took a sample of ceiling paint in to be matched, clerk had many excuses why he couldn't or didn't want to. 1st and last time I set foot in a Sherman Williams store. Btw Home Depot matched your Sherman Williams paint first try with their machine! Your customer service is totally unsat!"
"If I could give zero stars I would. If you need a special color this is NOT your place! We went in and the employee was with someone else so we spent about 10-15 min trying to find a color and realized there wasn’t one that we liked. We tried to explain that the color was a cross between two colors and the employee was so rude and basically repeatedly told me to “pick a color” I asked multiple times about trying to mix and he was blatantly refusing to help at all. He was not willing to invest more than 5 minutes of time. Go somewhere else!"
