When we got there, we stopped to ask where to find the items we were looking for. Well, don't ask the assistant manager. She told us the incorrect aisle. While searching, we ran into another associate, and he helped us."

"When we sign up online for kids to do their kid work shop kits and we arrive and they give it to random people who don't sign up online. It's very frustrating. What is the point of signing up online to get your kit given to anyone. They should have a list and check it off only to people who sign up. Kids are sad and disappointed."
"I purchased a new GE refrigerator and unfortunately the refrigerator is bad. It will not stay cool. Home Depot is AMAZING. They stepped up and are going to replace it. The girl (Cindy) at the store was great. Home Depot's delivery system with text alerts is perfect. The delivery guys were polite and professional. Michael the guy I called at Customer Service was also amazing. So the frig was bad but Home Depot is FIRST CLASS. I will ALWAYS purchase from Home Depot."
"I like this home depot due to the fact that is usually not crowded at all plenty if parking plenty of space and product. Dont count on air cons though no one has them in san diego right now. Other than that friendly staff and they aren't too booked up sense the store isn't as busy as others."
