"CONGRATULATIONS TO THE STORE MANAGEMENT & STAFF FOR THE CLEANEST, ORGANIZED AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF I HAVE SEEN AT THIS LOCATION, COMING THERE FOR ALMOST 20 YRS. MY WIFE & I STOPPED BY SAT. 11-14 TO PURCHASE SOME PALMS, MULCH ETC. AND WONDERED IF WE COULD HAVE IT DELIVERED ON MON 11-16 AND WHAT WOULD BE THE CHARGE. $20.00 WOW! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. WAS TERRIFIC HELPING TO ARRANGE THIS AND TO END OUR EXPERIENCE IN A POSITIVE NOTE, YOUR DELIVERY PERSON WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE IT WAS JUST THAT, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE COUNTED ALL THE BAGS WHICH WERE SHRINK WRAPPED PRIOR WE WERE SHORT 1 BAG.. I TOLD I BELIEVE HIS NAME WAS JIM THAT I WOULD STOP BY IN THE NEXT DAY OR SO AND PICK IT UP. GUESS WHAT? THE VERY NEXT DAY I RECEIVED A CALL TO LET ME KNOW IT WOULD BE DELIVERED WITHIN 1/2 HOUR. I WAS A RETAIL STORE MANAGER FOR OVER 15 YRS. AND WHEN STAFF DOES A TERRIFIC JOB, NO ONE LETS THE MANAGEMENT KNOW, ONLY WHEN THEIR UNHAPPY. TODAY I COULDN'T JUST BRUSH IT OFF BEING YOU AND YOUR STAFF ARE TERRIFIC. HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL"
