"This place is unbelievable. I've never been in a Home Depot where the staff is so friendly and helpful. Phil & J.J. in lumber helped me with ideas for my project that worked out great. Martha in hardware was so helpful with buying new locks for my daughter's home. And a worker by the name of Dave went above and beyond with helping me load and tie down the rear door on my rental car. 5 star's to the entire staff."
"Curbside pickup is non-existent at this location, but the app will allow to select curbside pickup and wait outside. There is a number, posted outside, to call if the order taking more than 2 minutes but the hold time was longer. I went inside and waited in the line for an additional 20 minutes to pick up my order. Could have been technical difficulties and my timing. The employees were visibly having a rough day, as well, but they were no rude. I'll go back if I need anything and change the rating if the experience is a positive one."
"Friday, 21-1-23, I had to do a pay by phone transaction at this store. I was helped by a lady named Pam who is the model for customer service. She is such a nice lady and made everything easy. Most H.D. employees are usually nice, but Pam is exceptional."
