"My husband and have used Action carpet twice since we moved to California 7 years ago. Great service. Recently I had a purple stain in my carpet Action installed. I tried everything and even cut the stain out and tried to replace it. Yikes! At wits end I called Action carpet and asked if the could recommend someone to repair it. Kenny was on it. Found our records and had a repairman there in 2 days. Amazing.!!! Hard to find good and caring businesses these days. Highly recommend this business!!!"

"We first enlisted the assistance of Action Carpet and Floor Decor some 9 years ago when we acquired our first rental condo, and we have continued to enjoy their first-class professionalism over all these years. Now having several such properties - including our residence - we've hired them several times with exceptional service and results. Headed by Kane ("Kenny") the service from his store representatives down to installers has always resulted in top notch work. Currently we are replacing our upstairs carpet with a combination of wood and carpet. "I had some carpet installed a few weeks ago. It looks amazing. It seems very high quality and so soft. The color selection I had to choose from was great. Kany is the owner and he did a great job explaining and showing me what the differences were between lengths of the carpet "shag". I only had my main residence done so far and will definitely be calling them back in the next couple months to help carpet my ADU. I would highly recommend these guys."
