"I went there yesterday to get some paint. I had such an amazing experience with one of the representatives that represents the company… I am really grateful that they have such kind and generous people especially when looking for paint, he was really helpful and showing me how to pick a specific paint with the grid provided… I am very thankful that he also helped me matching the paint to my home. I am very grateful for this company and I will continue to return. Thank you very much. You guys are awesome. !!! I would recommend!!! I would definitely recommend going to this paint shop instead of Lowe’s or Home Depot because those two companies do not know how to help you at all. They know nothing about paint they just give you what you want and send you on your way. SOOO Definitely go to Sherwin-Williams. They are very educated on your true needs to your home.!!!!! Thank you Sherwin-Williams you guys rock !!!!"

"We purchased a swiss coffee flat paint and tried to return it 30 minutes later and we were told by Ashley the store manager that we are unable to return it because it had tint in it. We were never told this by the person at the counter. It was labeled on the product but us being regular folks, we didn't know what it meant. They could have been honest and told us this at point of purchase. I called and spoke with Ashley the store manager and she basically said it's my problem and hung up the phone on me. We now have $260 worth of paint that we don't need."

"Very friendly staff. Sherman Williams has a great website that allows me to save all of my custom colors to my account. Ordering paint online is a breeze. The only downside was that the website told me my paint would be ready within 5 days. However, I was contacted within an hour of my order saying that my paint was ready for pickup. Curbside pickup is available, but I chose to walk in for pickup. I had my paint and was walking out the door within 2 minutes. This is such a nice experience compared to waiting in line to order paint and then waiting in line again to buy the paint at the large home improvement stores."

"David and his staff were amazing! My 85 year old grandmother purchased some paint- unfortunately when she took it home the color was not to her liking - today we went back and David was wonderful and helpful! He gave us some great advice about lighting and made us a sample of a color to take home to try it out. SHE LOVED it ! I rushed back and purchased 2 gallons- Thank you again for being so helpful."

"Great selection of paint to choose from. However, not one of the three employees stopped chatting with each other to assist me at all. I spent 20 minutes trying to choose colors, and no offer of help. They were friendly upon checkout, but I'm not impressed."
