"The installation itself was fine. The issue arose when the installers broke our fridge’s handle and tried to glue it back together. Once they left we opened the fridge and the handle separated completely. We raised this issue with Curtis carpet and they blamed the movers that moved the furniture on the house. No movers were hired or present during the installation. I am positive of this since I was in the house at all times and saw all the workers that came in. Unless their installers moonlight as movers, no one from a different company other than Curtis Carpet was at the residence. We went back and forth to try to have them either reimburse us for the handle or replace it and they just made excuses and ultimately ended ignoring us. Really bad customer service in all fronts. Stay away."
