"Some of the people that work here are quite helpful like in the plumbing and paint departments. However, the store is really limited as compared to the ace hardware in Goleta or Home Depot. The problem with this place is if your item doesn’t work, you practically have to have a fist fight with the women at the return counter They do not like to take things back and they discount the price and return less than you paid very unfriendly environment. Personally, I think it’s well worth a few more minutes to drive to Goleta for bigger selection and nicer people to deal with"
