"Johnny was very accommodating to someone with two small kids and a crunched timeline. He was straightforward and honest about the job. When I needed additional work due to my own error, he got his team in right away. His guys removed tile and laminate flooring, removed baseboards and quarter-round, leveled the existing concrete, installed a whole house worth of vinyl plank and underlayment, some transition pieces, and replaced the baseboards in a few days. I was concerned that my move-in timeline was too ambitious, but Johnny made it work out. Without his help, I would have been pushed back another week. I am looking to have Johnny and his team do additional work on my home, and I will update my review then."
