I also liked that it is 24 hr access, clean modern restrooms, on-site laundry and free Wi-Fi. Rod who is one of the owners was very nice, easy to talk to and professional. "I have been looking around the Tracy area for a location for my business and recently checked out Salon Art Studios. It is a brand-new location with a clean and upscale vibe to it. My three biggest concerns were parking, safety, and price. I have looked downtown Tracy and the parking situation is horrible. I definitely do not want to put my clients through that craziness. Salon Art Studios has so much parking and best of all it is free! As far as safety goes, I wanted a place where both my clients and I could both go and not feel uncomfortable. I definitely have a piece of mind knowing the front door is secured and there is security in the area. Not to mention since I work sometimes early mornings and late nights, the area is very well lit and there is a cool martial arts studio next door. Families in the area are always a plus for me. Rod also seemed to really want to work with me with my financial situation and he also owns the fitness location in the same plaza. I like the fact he is a small business owner like myself and understands the challenges of being a small business owner."
