Milwaukee Tool (Hayward)

"Tools are strong, warranty is reliable. I have brought about 4 tools here because I drag them in the dirt, mud, insulation. They have rebuild them or given me new tools. And so far not paid a dime. Bring these guys a box of doughnuts or canned drinks ! They will go the extra mile for you! Replaced or serviced items: hammer drill, drill, battery charger, small jack hammer. (We have about 30 tools.)"

"I had purchased a combo set with two impact guns flash light and charge with batterys the 3/8 pact after about a year the grip started to loose it's shape and peel the warranty on the tools are five years so after about three years I took the tool I'm for repairs witch I thought was covered under the warranty so the service center is about ninety miles from we're I stay when I get there they informed me that the grip was were and tear and would not be covered under the warranty six months later the fan on the inside of the gun started to brake apart so I took the tool back to the service center thinking it should be covered under warranty since it was internal I was told the second time I took it in that it would be a ninety eight dollar charge to rebuild the unit so I left it to get fixed two months later they tell me to come pick it up and they give me a new gun so why did they not do that two months ago they charged me anyway I love the tools but the warranty sucks no one no what is covered"

"I recently had an experience with Nira at the Milwaukee store in Hayward. forgive me if I spelled that incorrectly. I always experience great customer service from Milwaukee in general but she definitely went above and beyond this time around! during the time of covid-19 shelter in place no less. I work in an "essential service" and I'm on call 24 hours...Nira was able to get me the tool I needed when I needed it. I'm sure my customers are grateful as well since this allowed me to continue working... thank you Nira and thank you Milwaukee!"

"They Have moved to new Address. now located at 2341 Lincoln Ave, Hayward, CA 94545 Had to return a repaired rotary hammer that was supposedly fixed but from the time i picked up and used it, was only able to drill 3 holes lol, now it needs to be returned for warranty work which hopefully gets covered. Usually they do a pretty decent job so i don't know what happened this time."

"I have had a grinder rebuilt here and they did a great job, even re-installing a guard I had lost. In this age of disposable stuff, it is nice to have a service center to keep equipment running, which offsets the higher price I pay for a better these better quality tools."
