"Bad bad bad store. I order match color yesterday and call this morning and they said they don't have my order!!! I came to store they find my order and working on other orders even no once in store just me!!!! My client keep calling me where am I?!!!!! The lady working in store her name is Amber stay there and fdonothing and make me keep waiting!!!! Such a bad costumer service."
"Amber Clark (an employee here) accused me of stealing primer that I had brought at a prior time. I was trying to be sure about supplies needed and went to get the primer out of my trunk (I even asked her to check the camera, which was not done). I feel as if she discriminated and tried to belittle me because I am a person of African American decent, at the end of the untimely encounter a manager had stepped in and cleared the transaction."
"Literally this worst customer service. Called in a single gallon of paint. And still waiting 10 min plus try and simply pick up and pay even though there were only 2 customers ahead of me and 2 servers. Update, raised to 3 stars after regional management reached out to me to learn more and correct the problem. I really appreciate this and points more to a poor experience I had rather than something endemic to the company. I’d still choose an alternate location if I were you, but hopefully they can fix this store’s operations."
"I've gone to the store at least 6 times in the past 3 weeks as I have been painting my house. All the staff have been very helpful - Geoff, Oscar, David, and John have all been great. They want to help and John has gone out of his way to try to get me exactly what I need even I don't know what I need!"
