"Just thought I should give a shout out for all of the good things they have done for me. They have the best prices and best selection, period! They are also happy to fulfill my small orders even though I see them moving huge commercial orders. I had one small problem one time and they went above and beyond to make things right. Occasionally, I have had to wait a bit to get an available forklift to bring my order out to me, but what would you expect from such a large outfit while serving the small retail customer? The management is very helpful and down to earth."

"Failed to update their hours anywhere online or in their phone system or on their sign. Wasted an hour and half driving there to find them closed. Everywhere says open until 4:00 and then got their to a closed office and front gate. No one would answer the phone either and the voicemail box was full. Probably full of people waiting to here back from them."
