"**edited for response** Scammers. They charge you a deposit that they automatically take no matter what even if you cleaned the equipment. DO NOT USE. Multiple other honest vendors who rent concrete buggies. **EDIT** The response by the “owner” which is really the manager in question, is in fact FALSE. You guys CHARGED the cleaning fee BEFORE HAND and supposedly “refund” it after checking it. Which I found weird at first because that’s the opposite of everywhere else, they don’t charge you anything till you get back. including your other location which we have NO ISSUE WITH WHATSOEVER. They are cheaper and DO NOT CHARGE A DEPOSIT WHATSOEVER. If the equipment isn’t clean, they charge you a $150 cleaning fee when you get back from dropping it off.(which not once have we been charged in the 50+ times using them) And it’s also 1/4th the “cleaning fee” price your location steals from their customers. After expressing my frustration to them. even THEY said customers come in with constant issues with this branch due to the greedy manager here. I ASSURE YOU, We cleaned the wazoo out of that concrete buggie and filled two trash cans with concrete while flushing and scrubbing that thing out. IT WAS CLEANER THAN WHEN WE GOT IT!!! AND STILL YOU CHARGED US!!! I don’t know if your location is slow and your a manager trying to make his numbers look better by charging your own customers a cleaning fee, but you’ve lost 1000s on 1000s of dollars is rentals from us not using your location anymore. And word of a mouth is a big one buddy. I would never do this to a company unless I truly believed they were ripping people off purposely. your a liar and your a thief. You know it and I know it."

"I am always quite reluctant to post a negative review about a local business as I know it can hurt their sales however after trying to speak to them direct and via their complaint form without any reply, I feel the need to let people know about their poor services. I went into their shop twice to look for bark or rock to fill my front landscaping. I was never greeted by the two employees at the register. I had to ask them for advice and even then it seemed like a chore for them to help me. I got the bare minimum which was the amount for each product based on my square footage. I even showed them pictures of my landscaping and still they didn't seem to know a lot or care to help me. Once I did decide on the bark, the girl at the desk said they would deliver between 3-5pm. When it came to the day of delivery I got a call from their delivery driver at 12pm saying he was at my house! I was quite flustered as I wanted to be there so I did my best to direct him where to put the bark. He ended up putting it on my driveway into the area I needed to do my landscaping. This caused me extra work. I called to complain but the person on the phone did nothing to help. Once I got to putting the bark down I noticed the bark was poorly made and dyed. Many pieces were half black and wood and there was loads of random pieces of trash throughout! It wasn't cheap to buy! I called and wrote them to complain but again got nothing back. I absolutely would not recommend Crown Supply for your landscaping products!"

"Crown Hill in great part saved our home in the 2020 Napa County Wildfire. We have worked with them over the years and they have given us great advice. One of their employees, Isaac, was especially helpful and we came to rely on him personally. He even called after with wildfire to check on us. That was really special. We used a lot of decomposed granite, natural stone tiles fire resistant plants. The result is that our home was surrounded by fire and is in perfect condition. We are obviously deeply grateful to Crown Hill for the years of enduring a lot of questions and discussions and making sure that we received what we really needed when we needed it."
