"I was not too pleased with the haircut, nor the person who cut my hair. Her demeanor was all business and not friendly to talk with, as I have experienced at the Great Clips that I normally go to. I only went to this branch, because I was getting a ride from someone, and it is in the same shopping center as the Safeway that is close to my apartment complex. In the future, when I need my haircut, I will go to Great Clips branch where I normally go to, even if it means using the bus."

"so about a year ago i wanted to get a wolfcut and so i made a reservation here and when i went there they had me stay in a super long ling when they said they would pick me first and when i asked them to not cut anything off they shaved my whole head and made me bald and when they said sorry they made me pay 1000 dollars! DO NOT TAKE YOUR KID OR YOURSELF HERE THEY SUCK! AND DO NOT PAY THEM IT IS TOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I recall visiting this great clips right before New Year’s Day this recent December (2022). I can’t remember the name of the woman who gave me the haircut, but I do remember that her customer service was second to none, and she made the experience among one of my personal favorites at any barber shop I’ve ever been to.
