"This Auto shop damaged the top hood of my vehicle a 4 inch in diameter when I ask what happen owner say he's not aware of anything, I say you're responsible, this damage wasn't here when I drop off vehicle, and I can't prove it I have no Pic of car prior to dropping car ..Owner should be responsible and pay or fix damage hood it happen on in his care."
