"Over many, many years, we've always guessed at which paint products to use at our house. When we finally figured out that it might be better to consult an expert, we went to Kelley-Moore in Ukiah. LIFE SAVERS!!!! In the past 30 years we've tried a multitude of products on our redwood deck and interior oak cabinets. Some of these products were very pricey, yet ultimately disappointing. Kelley-Moores product has worked miracles. Even on the woodwork on our boat in S.F. Bay, which has taken a beating, the product that they recommended has had absolutely amazing results. We couldn't be happier with the good folks at Kelley-Moore in Ukiah."

"I purchased paint for a home in Eureka from a Bay Area Kelly Moore. There isn’t a Kelly Moore near Eureka so I had to choose between Ukiah or Redding. I ordered my paint by phone and traveled the 155 miles one way the following day. Two weeks prior I had purchased a Grace 395 sprayer from the Pleasanton Kelly Moore. The manager through in an extra tip of my choice, problem was they were about out. When I got to Ukiah I asked the sales girl if I could exchange it for the same value tip. They had a huge inventory. She tried to find my purchase on her computer for some time then luckily I remembered the receipt was still in my truck. She and her manager said they couldn’t exchange the unopened tip but they would sell me one or I could try and trade it in at the Pleasanton store. That’s another 150 miles one way. By Kelly Moore you’ve lost my business for life. I’d just spent 2,000 in two weeks and they couldn’t give me an equal trade when they had over a half dozen of each of the tips."

"When I call them on the phone they cannot quote prices nothing has a solid price printed on it all the prices are stored on the computer... it's important that we have a local paint supply store other than the big box Home Depot oh, but it's very frustrating to not have invisible price and I have to wait on a computer to load for the employee to tell me how much a paint brush cost... I'm sure if I was to purchase a paintbrush I would know the price quicker"
