"They took 3 months to install glass that was never installed. After a 2 month wait for OEM glass to be ordered, I was ok with that. Once it arrived at the shop and scheduled, the day of installation, it was cancelled because the OEM glass "wasn't good". I was ok with that, too. But...there wasn't any further contact after that. Needless to say, I gave them another month to get new glass but they never called. I then called Exceptional Auto Glass and got the OEM job done in less than a week, AND it was just my deductible, whereas Alliance asked to front $1800 to be reimbursed by insurance after the fact. They just dropped communication."

"I was traveling from Palo Alto to Roseville on a four day business trip. My windshield was chipped on the way to Roseville and I was worried as it started to crack all the way across. Allied Auto Glass were the first name that came up when I "googled" for help. They were immediately very helpful and had my specific windshield in stock for my 2011 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500. The car is in perfect condition so I was concerned that they did a perfect job. They came to my hotel and repaired it in less than an hour. They did not only a perfect job but I was impressed by how they looked after the paintwork and interior of the car. After Two hours I was able to use it. They did an outstanding job!
