"Now that I finished the repairs and came back for an inspection and tune up on my Toyota, I can leave my review. I wrote this on a similar review site but still relevant. Point one is that the phone is not their strong suit. I recommend you call, describe the problem, and find out when you can schedule an appointment. The mechanic is very experienced and smart. I came in needing a head gasket. They started work and took of the valve cover and showed me the condition. I liked the plan to get the car fixed and went forward with it. The dealer wanted twice as much for less work. I do feel like they are a little too conservative because I like to have my car in new and fresh condition these days but if you press for it they will do the maintenance. The work is guaranteed and their pricing is reasonable. It's good to have a mechanic you can trust."
