"So slow, absolutley the worst. If 0 stars was an option, thats what I would give. No one answers the phone, no one helps you, no one calls you back or answers any emails. I've been trying to contact and get my application together for 4 months and no one ever responds to anything or processes any of the requested materials you have sent. Truly the most frustrating, time-wasting and emotionally manipulative office ever."

"You will need your University ID # (e.g. U00...) when you go in. The gentleman at the Campus Card (ID card) booth was polite, kind, and quite helpful. I am excited to have my new ID card!! I haven't had one in...decades!!"
