"I brought a pre-paid package up to this store. The top of the box was not tapped. Most stores like UPS, FEDEX, USPS will throw a piece of tape on their for you no questions asked. Not this place haha, the man took my pre-paid package after grabbing the package he then said “that’ll be $2 for tape”. If I had not been waiting for 15 minutes in line prior to that..I would have just walked out. I’d avoid dropping packages off at this place. Just go to an official FEDEX/UPS/USPS location."

"Do not believe them when Fed Ex sends you here saying they can scan your QR code and take your package. It's false information. The Walgreens guy sent me across the street to the shipping place beside Kroger, and Again, they CAN NOT scan the QR code either. You have to go 20min away to Armory Drive in Murfreesboro or the Bell road location. I went to 3 different so called "Fed ex" locations (before finding this out) and none of them could scan this QR code. Thanks for wasting my time Fed Ex."
