"I've banked with SunTrust, now Truist, for 18 yrs. I had great customer service at this branch. They definitely deserve better ratings than they've been getting. Thanks Truist. God bless."

"We supposedly had a 1 PM appointment on 12/27. We arrived a little early and there was a gentleman that had already been waiting when we arrived. Close to 1:30 one of the tellers came over to halfheartedly apologize by telling us that they were extremely short-staffed with people being sick or out on vacation and that we could be waiting for hours. His so called apology was full of excuses for the branch. Again, we supposedly made an appointment for 1 o’clock. I understand life happens, but then you notify your customers prior. Not after they had been sitting there 30 minutes past the appointment time. So we left. It’s not a coincidence that this bank only gets slightly over two stars on Google and our experience was poor. There are many other banks, Sam Ridley Smyrna. And a few of them are rated much better."

"I’ve noticed that every time i go and deposit money in the atm it’s always a hold on it. Just this location though. Any other location the money is in my account right away. This has been an inconvenience"

"Absolutely the worst customer service ever . They can not explain or help with why their system picks and chooses which amounts post . They hit my account with 4 overdraft fees when the money was in there but a pending amount was more and there was a deposit pending to cover it all . Aaron at the Sam Ridley office had no compassion. Hopefully one day his account gets overdrawn !!! I will be closing my account ."

"We rarely go inside the bank. Maybe once a year if that. But we needed to deposit a large check for our roof. Small staff 2 working and 1 sitting in an office. It was a good visit. I did notice that the desk outside which we have sat at for various things through the years seemed like it was not in use anymore. I don't know if it is due to a loss in staff or change in how they do business. I do hope they do not lose the personal customer contact that we have experienced in our over 30 years. I would hate to change banks because they rely on computers over great employees. Employees make the business an asset, computers are merely tools. Computers can be hacked, good employees can uncover a scam. You can always get a computer you can't always get good employees."
