"Love the people at this location but the bank as a whole is just terrible. For years they have been cashing checks from a car lot through my account. Most recent on 6/17 and now again today on 7/8. I have called so many times, I have spoken to branch mangers, and area managers, all promising it will never happen again, AND IT KEEPS HAPPENING. As soon as I can get time to open an account somewhere else I'm leaving. I cant randomly have $500-$1000 come out of my account because their check readers cant do what their supposed to do. This causes my balances to overdrawn, have $38 fees on items it overdraws, and then I have to spend a stupid amount of time on the phone to get this resolved. Ongoing for years and hasn't gotten any better regardless of false promises. 1/26/23: More problems with Pinnacles accounting software. Go to sleep with a positive balance, wake up with a overdrawn balance from charges posting from over a week ago this week. If I cant count on real time balances from your software what is the point of banking with you? I can understand maybe a 24 hour lag time but when charges are posting on Thursday for debits ran on Friday-Tuesday of the previous week that is a major glitch on your end. More time spent going to the bank to deposit cash because your systems are either to old to keep up or not fast enough to process transactions in real time. Its a never ending problem banking with you. If I could rate this place ZERO or negative stars I would."

"I went to this branch and asked an associate if she could fax about 60 documents for me to their loan officer at the downtown location. They got me out in less than 10 mins. They were fast and polite and courteous. The lobby was extremely clean. I will recommend this bank to everyone!"
