"I love the shoes but the staff is so rude and unprofessional. As I walked in the staff ladies were behind the counter gossiping and joking. They never acknowledged me. I picked out some super cute shoes that had a scratch on them so when I went to pay I asked if I could get a discount for the scratch on the shoes. The lady just stared at me? And asked a discount? Like 3 times. She was looking down on me so hard for asking for a discount. Finally I asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor answered from right behind me “we don’t give discounts!!!”. I can’t believe I was treated so poorly. I will opt on buying online for now on. I hope corporate can retrain these ladies."
"Where is Bostonian? Not carrying Bostonian anymore. Only Clark’s! I miss their Bostonian brand shoes that with style and quality! Clarks are just okay but not really suitable as dress shoes."
"I went to Clarks the morning of April 24. If I could indicate zero stars I would, given the horrible experience. In the process of selecting 4 pairs of shoes, one of the female employees at the front desk was speaking loudly and constantly swearing when talking with another female employee. I was so disgusted that I didn't purchase anything. Clarks better address their employee as they will continue to lose customers."
"Love this place, the people are very kind and try their best to get you what you need despite being short on staff. It was very busy inside, but thanks to the help i received (unfortunately i didn't catch her name) i got two pairs of boots, and at $50 a piece! I'll be coming back here again."
"Great store! They've got a great selection of tasteful, comfortable shoes. They have casual and dressy shoes for the whole family. I bought a pair of high heel mary janes and plain white sneakers and my hubby got 2 business casual shoes for work, all for a great deal. But the reason I felt inclined to write this review was because of the customer service! The young man and young lady were very attentive with my husband and I, as well as the other customers in the store. I was looking for another pair of heels and although they did not have any in the store, they genuinely .did their best to assist me. This type of.service is truly hard to find in this shopping center, I hope the company knows what a great staff they have at this locatiin."
