"We bought two Aventon Aventure 2 fat tire ebikes this past summer from F.B.C. They did a great job assembling the bikes, and after 500 miles, not a single problem. We love the bikes and are so happy that we bought the bikes, and had them assembled, at Franklin Bicycle company!!! We almost bought the ebikes from Cool Springs PowerSports, as we had bought a couple of jet skis from them in the past, but decided we wanted a shop that just focused on bikes, and are we glad we did!!! They serviced and tuned our bikes the other day plus fixed a rear flat tire on one of the bikes. They did a really good job at a reasonable price! Great friendly folks, and very knowledgeable!!! "Came in to purchase an e-bike. David showed me the various alternatives in my price range. I was able to test ride the bike that was my choice from the web. I also tried another that he recommended and that was the one I purchased. I wanted a local dealer so it was assembled correctly and will be serviced in the future. On delivery day, I rode my bike and was super pleased. They have a large parking lot that allows for a good test. David helped my load the bike and assured it was supported by the hitch-mounted rack properly. Highly recommended!"

However, David and his team went above and beyond to complete the assembly process for me. They stayed beyond their closing time and even borrowed a small part from a display bike to ensure that my bike was ready to ride. Their dedication was truly remarkable!
