"Unbelievable on how simple and fast the process was. Made 1 phone call, reserved the bike I wanted, was called with a update, and 1 more call when the bike arrived. When I got to the dealership the bike was clean and by the front door waiting to be loaded. 30 minutes tops. In and out. Thanks Dan."

"Terrible customer service. Would give no stars if I could. One bad employee makes the whole place miss out on multiple sales. **edit to add; the employee gave the wrong size to try on the child, who then got stuck in the helmet because we said she should be a medium and he handed us a small to try on. When we asked if they have one for the smaller child we have, and he looked at us like we were crazy. The issue was not paying for the helmet, at all. It was how the situation was handled, the one James guy was decent but the initial guy we dealt with was not. Had we not wanted to handle the situation correctly with someone else we would’ve just left and not tried to make right by it. Once paid for I was given a phony receipt with inaccurate information. They also kept pushing at asking additional information on what else we might want to buy. Practically ruining the kids Christmas asking if we were going to buy anything besides the helmet, which at the time we were fitting sizes to return and purchase everything at once when they weren’t with us."

"My overall experience here was GREAT! My sales rep was Matt and he was an outstanding and professional guy. He communicated over phone, email, and text to help me purchase a beeeeaautiful Red Honda Navi. My dad and I had never strapped a bike onto a rack before so I asked Matt if he could help. Matt then proceeded to strap my bike securely and avoiding any pieces that might scratch minutes before closing time. While doing so he had a great conversation with my dad and I about crazy races around the world like the Paris-Dakar Rally. Thankfully, my new motorcycle made the trip home and ran soooo good I didn’t want to get off. Many thanks to Matt and the other employees I ineracted with at the dealership. Needless to say, I am a happy customer!"

"The service experience is top-notch. I have 4 bikes and buy/sell a lot so I experience a lot of dealerships throughout Tennessee. The service here is the best, without question. Adam runs a tight ship and has deep deep knowledge of all types of motorcycles and a passion for them too. Sales experience could be better. Being a customer for a few years and buying a lot of bikes, I wasn’t able to buy a bike I wanted. Instead of putting me on a list or calling me when my desired bike was available, they wanted me to call every week and chase it and hope I called first. Called another dealer and said I wanted to buy the same bike and they said “Sure. We can’t guarantee when new allocation will become available, but we will call you for a deposit as soon as it is”. Called 3 months later and 6 months later I had the bike. Not so hard."
