"Had an appointment at 10:00 am showed up 5 min early no one there called and the lady said she stepped out give her 5 min I said ok cause my appointment was at 10. I was taught time management at a early age. I left when 10:05 hit and the lady called my phone back at 10:08. Very disappointed"
