"I have been shopping here for years and getting prescriptions filled. I used to recommend them to my hospice pts often. There is a customer service representative there now that is incredibly rude. She has told me that my script didn't have refills when my doctor told me they called 12 months of refills. I work out of town so it's difficult to get to the office during hours they are open. I will be moving to another pharmacy."

"This is absolutely the BEST pharmacy within Knoxville. The staff is tremendously courteous, and their pricing is great! They do all they can to help on costs, with or without insurance. This has been my main pharmacy for the last 6/7 years. The name change to, "Reams Drug Store", did not affect any of the previous mentioned qualities. I'll continue to use Riggs/Reams, as they are top notch, and much better than chains like Walgreens/CVS/etc....Ryan (Owner) @ Riggs is a great guy and very personable and educated. You will not meet a better group of people to serve your prescription needs."
