"I'm new at Mac's Pharmacy and from the very first phone call, I was in awe of their amazing customer service! I am experiencing a new medical condition where I have a great deal of trouble standing up and/or walking so that leaves me pretty much in the bed. The manager, Kristy, introduced herself to me over the phone and told me just to contact her and she would do everything in her power to get everything I needed to me. The pharmacist, Cody, was so patient with me answering phone call after phone call. Always pleasant, he educated me on how things work with all the different things I needed which greatly reduced my stress. They don't deliver on Tuesdays but when a medicine I needed actually came in on a Tuesday, Cody told me not to worry, if need be he would deliver it himself...and he did!!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate all the people at Mac's. I can tell you if you're looking for a friendly and supportive environment for your pharmacy, then you can't go wrong choosing Mac's."

"I seriously can't believe people give this place 5 stars. The most incompetent, rude, confused people work here. Clearly they don't have weekly/monthly meetings because the communication is nonexistent between the employees. Someone will tell you one thing and the other one will tell you something completely different. Save yourself a headache and go to a different pharmacy. Nothing but a bunch of hillbillies clearly."
