"I use to be a long time fan of Vaughns Pharmacy until today. My wife was sent costly medicine by mail which should have been refrigerated. So, she called Dwight Disney to explain that he needed to train his staff better as to prevent this sort of thing in the future. Dwight, then rudely told my wife that since she was not happy with his staff, she needed to take her business elsewhere. We had been with this company for over 20 years to be treated this way. I guess their company promise to always treat customer like family is no longer true."
