"Every place has their pros and cons. I stayed more on the midwifery side and wish I hadn't. The midwives are great but my case was a little complex and I think I'd have been better served on the OB side. Wait times on the OB side can be awful. My 1st appointment was 3 hours and I only seen the doctor for a few mins. I spent most of that time waiting for them. Granted, I do think they hired more people since early last year. Pros- people are nice, parking is convenient, L&D was ok, close to everything Cons- wait times, having to request apts later in pregnancy, some response times, if you got pregnant via HRT they'll blow your pregnancy out of proportion and throw in all the extras (though some may see this as a pro), billing is awful so know your policy and coverage because you will absolutely need to advocate for yourself. Would only recommend to someone who has had a naturally occurring pregnancy that wants a more holistic approach to care and delivery with some failover."

"My wife has been having a lot of issues and currently was going there she never got test results by phone or in person she has to rely on a patient portal to get results or to communicate with anyone . Recently she had an important scan n had to obtain her own records to see the results and it’s been months and still hasn’t heard from her provider and it was abnormal! Needless to say she will be getting another Doctor some where else who cares more then this !"

"Currently, my wife is 23 weeks pregnant it and had an appointment on November 1st, 2023, at 2:45 PM. But we were not seen for almost an hour and had to pay the balance down. Their card machines did not work, and they had to call other spots in the office and find out if their machines were working. They did not tell us that we had to sign a contract for the baby to be born. The midwives were running thirty minutes behind and should have had us reschedule our appointment instead of having us wait for almost an hour in the waiting room. This is ridiculous, and the way it is done at this office needs to be fixed. What happened to the customer or patient is always right? Also, there needs to be another location that is closer to where people live. As we are currently driving, about 30 minutes to get there. There is another location close by, but they do not have a labor and delivery room."

"Hopefully at some point I can change my review, but currently it’s hard to even put two stars. As for the midwives I would put 5-however for the rest of the staff I feel as a soon to be mother to my second child I would want other soon to be moms to know some of the issues before choosing this place. I have not had my baby yet and am 21 weeks along. Normally you would look to be excited to go to each appointment, but instead I become on the brink of dreading it. First, they waited until after I had two appointments and got comfy to let me know you have to pay a huge amount to have your baby-before you have the baby. I feel like that is something you should have a call about before deciding to go there. But the front desk staff are very rude and intimidating. The seem to be okay in the phone once you can get someone in the phone, but when going in it’s terrifying for me. Then there is the worst part that actually makes me write this review. They only have two ultrasound techs employed. Apparently one was on leave so none of this is their issue, and I just know this because I requested for a different one and this is what I was told. So the one that they have working is the one I have had twice so far. She-both time-made me and my husband feel stupid for not walking into the correct room right away even though I’ve never been to this place before. Then the ultrasound appointment was extremely short. Like maybe 5 minutes of her just measuring and telling me everything is good. While she never said anything technically unprofessional, it is the worst experience I could imagine having for an ultrasound (which is an appointment that should be happy and exciting and extra informative) we got none of this at either appointment. Not to mention only 2 pictures of our baby that were blurry. The first time I just assumed she was having a bad day and wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but by the second time I just cried and felt robbed of what should be a joyful experience. I hate writing bad reviews, but if this is an employee they must keep on then please hire more ultrasound techs because you are robbing mothers of a bare minimum decent experience that they DO pay for!"

"The midwives helped me give birth to my first child and now I’m on baby #2. I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else. The front desk people are nice and I’ve not had any bad experiences with the midwives, nurses or techs. I had a rude front desk experience once and it was because her coworkers were out and she was having to schedule multiple offices alone. I don’t hold that against them cause things happen. Love them and love it there. During my first pregnancy they had just moved to the new building so I got to experience the new delivery rooms. I was comfortable and they made sure of that. As far as my insurance coverage I was always informed if something wasn’t covered. They do pretty good with letting me know."
