"When trialed, I told the nurse I had a skipped beat. She hooked me up to an EKG for about 7 seconds, I wasn't timing, the took it off and I had another on. In Statistics, they call that an insufficient sample lot. After a while I was brought back to have blood work done. Then I was put on a gurney in a very busy hall where people were going by coughing and not wearing masks. I was there about 8 hours as they waited for the results of the tests. The nurse that was watching me was very kind and got me some orange juice when my sugar dropped. What surprised me was that while I was sitting in the hall no one thought to put a monitor on me so they could try to capture what drove me to the ER in the first place. Then the PA told me she was going to give me a referral to go to a cardiologist and have a heart work up. When I read the document there was no referral and a suggestion to go to my GP. We drove the extra distance to your hospital hoping to have a better experience that my wife had had with her heart condition at Turkey Creek. You were worse."

"I'm so glad my husband & I found Dr. Harrison. He's very knowledgeable in his work and has a great attitude. He listens, answers and treated both of us with respect. He's made a big difference for my husband. I just had my first visit and it has helped me immediately. His staff is pleasant and very efficient."

"During my routine annual mammogram I found out I had breast cancer. I never felt a lump, didn’t have pain. It was a shock from left field. My surgery was scheduled to remove the cancer, and everyone in the surgical ward was amazing. They were informative, nice, made you laugh in a rough situation, and very kind. My heartfelt thank you goes out to the entire surgical staff at Tennova North."

"Apart from one doctor and two nurses, the staff was very caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. Numerous members of staff came in to check on the quality of service. They had many procedures in place to prevent falls and at shift change nurses relayed the information in front of the patient which I think is an excellent idea. However, the administration must address serious problems in relaying information from one department to another. We showed up for surgery and they didn't know that my family member had been dismissed from the hospital two days prior. In addition, when my family member was dismissed from the hospital a staff member did not call in the medicine to a 24 hour pharmacy as we discussed which would have meant we would have had no medicine for half a day. Luckily, another higher-ranking staff member, who was very professional, solved this grave issue. It could be that both problems were caused by the same staff member. If so, he/she should be found and evaluated. Overall, I do recommend this facility."

"It was a great and professional experience from the check-in person to the radiology tech. Both were very friendly and knew their jobs well! All processes went smoothly. I felt I was in good hands. The personnel were friendly and professional at the same time. They instilled confidence in me for all procedures performed."
