"-1 hr and 30 mins waiting to be called by a nurse and once you are inside the clinic, you have to wait more time! it's like 2 Drs for all the people that get appointments. Terrible distribution of duties and they should hired more professional employee and more Drs. that is unacceptable. -Dr Yiribin, He could be friendly but he does not separate the professional topics from the funny topics which makes the appointment a bit uncomfortable. -Once you pay the first appointment, if there are going to be future following appointments, you have to pay for each one, which at the end you almost finish paying around $500 to $600 dollars. this place doesn't deserve to be too expensive. but well that was our last visit definitely. -Inside the office there is an old lady who is on charge of requesting the payment from the appointments, that lady is so bitter and not professional at all. I mentioned this to the staff, well I'm pretty sure why she is there working. -Receptionist, seems like she never introduce your personal information in the system and when you visit the clinic frequently , she request you to fill up again all your information in a sheet again! So annoying. *Pretty sure, I will be looking in the future for high profile clinics to have a high professional service.* If you pay expensive you have the right to complaint if you had bad experiences in a place, so hope this information helps."
