"My little sister came in for a haircut before school, she likes it to be a bit in the shorter side, and showed a picture and they cut it nothing like the photo. They butchered her hair, and she starts her Junior year in a few days. They basically left her with a short mullet, and she spent the car ride home crying. I went in to talk to them and they refused a refund or anything. I want to cry for her. She doesn’t want to go to school now. I could see it in the hair cutters face, she knows she messed up."
