"Took my son in to Ritecut today, It was a booked appointment. I don’t know why I gave this place a chance again, last time I went there the gentleman with the gray hair I think he is the owner? He did not get to my son’s hair until 15 minutes after our appointment. After that it was a few months till I came back until today. Yasmin cut my sons hair and I figured with the way she kept going back and forth with two different clippers that she was making sure to really take the time and do a good job on my sons hair. When we got home my son’s hair was washed to get rid of any loose hairs. Once my son’s hair was dry and his father took a look at it he said what the hell! Dont ever take him back there, come look at this the back is all chopped up. I’m sorry but we are not rich and in this economy where so many businesses big and small are taking advantage of the hard times and hiking prices, we do not have 28.00 dollars to just throw away. I am really bummed out about the way my son’s hair turned out. I will take my son somewhere that’s more kid friendly and just more friendly period. I like talking with people and when I come in here it feels slightly uncomfortable because everyone is quiet for the most part . My son was telling Yasmin how she was the best, she was giving him the best haircut and no reaction. She finally said a few words to him towards the end."

"After seeing another barber in Temecula for 12 years, who decided to retire, I opted to try Rite Cut. I have now seen Yasmin 4 times for "senior cuts" and she is wonderful. Very professional, quite competent, and I like the haircut...she listens to my "likes". Appointments are easy to make and prices are commensurate with other establishments in the area. Highly recommend!!"

"I showed up to the shop at 4:22pm, they told me it would be a hour and a half long wait but seemed like they didn’t want to do my hair, I am black so some barbers don’t feel comfortable doing my hair cause it’s not what their used to. I put myself on the waitlist and waited till 6:20 (two hours after first entering), when I pulled up they locked the doors. They could’ve just told me they couldn’t do my hair."
