"I always find good deals here for everyone in the family. NB Factory offers trendy shoes with current popular accent colors on the sneakers. Especially cute are the baby NB's. Some outlet stores are untidy, crowded and makes shopping a frustrating experience. Not here. The employees are always straightening shoe displays, boxes and making sure like shoes are in the right location. I would say that the prices here are considered outlet prices. Usually the special is buy one get one 50% off. This includes mix&match. I just bought shoes and a cool hat. Particularly, the shoes are fashionable and sturdy for youth athletes. Well made shoes and materials that last through running, water, jumping, and clumsy-prevention. Employees are helpful and it is evident that management take pride in customer service."
