"The owner tried to up-sell me on getting engine mounts replaced, without knowing that I just replaced them with brand-new OEM mounts the week before. His claimed proof was that the engine moved when he dropped the clutch. As someone in the automotive industry myself, I say with a lot of confidence that this shop is run by a scammer. Go anywhere else but here."

"Pretty rude staff. Very unhelpful and trying to upsell. Had bought a full set of tires that were new ( expensive about 550 per tire) few months back. One tire developed a bubble and I went back as I was promised it will be covered under warranty when they sold me tires. On asking them to get that replaced from Michelin the lady told me no way they would cover this as it’s caused by a road hazard. I asked how do you know coz it’s on the side wall and and no keen rash or anything, it’s pretty new, got no good answer but I was immediately asked if I wanted to buy a used tire instead. Not helpful and never going back. I’ll took my business else where."

"came in for a flat and got it fixed real quick, also installed my brakes and rotors efficiently aswell, The young guys service was A1 and the receptionist lady was very nice. Amazing job all around, round 380$ for flat tire/ brake rotor installation."

"I went there yesterday around 6pm to get my flat tire fixed, drove home that is only two blocks away from the shop, when I woke up this morning to go to work the same tire was flat. I went this afternoon before 12pm to show them the tire was flat, the guy who works there (the one in charge since the owner was not at the moment) was really rude and blamed me for damaging the tire. He told me that would have to pay again and refused to fix it. They had terrible customer service after arguing with him all he did was put a plug into the tire and threw the tire in the trunk of my car. He refused to put the tire on. I asked if I could use the jack so I could do it myself and they said no. I had to go home and put the tire on myself. I would never go back or recommend this chain for anyone. I was disgusted with the horrible treatment that I received today!"
